Martin worked from a (very long) list of requirements and wishes for our house extension. The designs he came up with was well thought out, and sat within the context of the existing house and surrounding landscape. Everything we queried on the design had a logical explanation which Martin talked through with us. As a couple of engineers, his more 'hands off' approach to project management through the construction stages was balanced by our ability to make technical decisions, but this may be daunting for non-technical clients.
